my Mutual divorce petion is in district court she was not attended from court calls and she sent the notice DVC notice from 1st class magistrate court i was attended from 6 court calls what i do sir and i had 7 years boy he is with her now he was mentally handicaped.i wanted to bring my chiled how can i proceed sir syam
