Legal Question in Family Law in India

myslef & wife was staying with my parents with 1 brother & 1 sister in fathers house which is his own i.e. purchased property. after 1.5 years my wife went to her parents house for delivery. My parents told me to look for rented house for myself as my brother will be getting married after 6 months. I agreed & staying in rent for last 2.5 years. my wife has staretd job since last 5 months & now facing problem to take care of child. we do not want to put in baby sitting & told my parents as i will be coming to theit house for staying as my sister will get married in next month & brother with his wife & 1 month old babywill be there with my parents but they refused to come here. I can't afford to buy house or to stay on rent further for long. what legal rights i would have.Kindly suggest

this is not a legal query but the problem is that to make your carrerr you need your parents help who will be your house keeper and the baby sitter. This is your family and your responsiblity. Instead of beiong a support to yor parent in their old age you expect their support.
