My name is praveen kumar S/o. M S Prasad (late) Ch.O.S in Railways.
I was married with lakshmi on April.2007 and on april 2008 my son ( jayenth ) was born. she was filed 498A case on 2011 on us. Last year she remarried with unknown person without leaving any evidences and without taking divorce. My son is remained with her.
Here i need advice to get my son from his mother within a short span of time. why because she belongs thieves family who are recorded in police records and media. she is not sending my son to school and her and her family members wants to make my son thief.
From 5 years old of all people starts thefting in her area.
I beg you to save y kid from those people. I pray you please kindly advice me.
