Legal Question in Family Law in India

Namaste....!! mera naam sachin hai... meri shadi ko 9 saal ho chuke hain...meri 4 saal ki ek beti hai ...shadi k baad se hi meri wife k sath issues rahe hain ....mai kisi aur se pyar krta hu ....aur wo bhi mujhe bahut pyar krti hai..ye baat mere gharwalo ko pata hai...... mai divorce chahta hu lekin mere parents aur wife dono hi iske liye taiyar nhi hai...mai meri beti se bhi bahut pyar krta hu....
pichhle ek saal se mai meri gildfreind k sath live-in me rahta hu.....ye baat mere ghar walo ko nhi pata hai .....
please mujhe suggest kare k mujhe kya krna chahiye........kya hamara live-in me rahna illegal hoga......ya meri wife ya family members koi legal action le sakte hai...
mujhe meri girl friend aur beti dono ki bahut fikar hai...aur mai dono ki hi life sucure rakhna chahta hu.....

After marriage, Live-in relationship is illegal.

your wife can register an FIR against you.

Moreover if your family likes her then she must be good human being and

father of your wife will also have same feelings for his daughter, just like you,

so he can also go to any extent to save her daughters smile.

So try to solve this situation amicably or first file and get divorce from your wife only then think about another girl.
