Legal Question in Family Law in India

Namaste sir, i am from AP. my husband have illegal contact with some other women after two months of marriage and harass me for doury and beating me daily and his mother and also harrase me a lot.i have one year son.when i was a pregnent they are forsed for aborson.they are trying to kill my son and me.mediaters are try to settle the matter for mutual divorce,to compencate to child while issuing of divourse.but he did not attend the court hearings. still he harass through phone calls and e-mails.please tell me how to go for legally.
