Namaste sir,my name mani,this is my sister problem.she is illeterate so my brother-in-law sold a shop and registered another party.but he says so many times bank loan to apply money .......money brings late...and it is the cause to sign my sister and three childrens (minors) finger prints.it was total preplanned,and he wasnot told this matter,he is drinker,smoker,harrased my sister.more money wants to my father,total money wasted...what i am dong,she is so suffer for his .three childrens below five years old...how to make a case....tell me plz

Dear client yr sister can file police complaint under sec 498 a for dowry harassment against husband. She can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment and ask compensation.
