Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Nan o Nafqa ke case mein Family court mein mere against April-2014 ki DICREE ho chuki hai. mera kabil advocates se sawal hai k mein apne aap ko diwaliya sabit krne k liye case file kub kru? kya mien arrest howe bagair ye case larr sakta hu?

Property hai warasat mein mili hai uska intqaal ho chuka hai aor kuch nahi hai.

Please advise me......
