Legal Question in Family Law in India

If a NRI and also a British citizen have the divorce certificate from Indian court, is it legally valid in UK to bring his second wife from India. Can he get the British divorce certificate on the basis of Indian court divorce certificate without providing marriage certificate. Please urgent help needed.
