Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am an nri . my family is in indian panel code 498 case . the case is through my brothers wife . i am still unmarried . i have nothing to do with my brother and his wife. . will that affect my visit to india . can indian police annex my passport and will not permit me to move abroad again.
