I am from open cast (Hindu Brahmin) now I am from Schedule Cast (Hindu Chambhar after marriage). If I applicable for cast certificate?

Normally, the caste does not change after marriage and you may not be entitled to the lower caste certificate based upon marriage. However, you may also consult the State rules and seek appropriate information from the local Collector's office.
