Legal Question in Family Law in India

i had been ordered interim maintenance of rs.1500/mnth n i have to pay from applicationg month which amts to be rs.6000 as i have many responsiblities can i ask in court to pay this amt in two part i.e rs.3000 twice.

my wife cross has done my adv says there is no need to come in next date. i want o know is it ok if on some dates i dont go as the case in ahmedabad and i m in mumbai i have to incurr rs.1500 to 2000 on each date n i m only one earning person in house.

pls sujjest me it is ok to miss some date n let my adv handle case or it is necessary to go on each date
