i had been ordered interim maintenance of rs.1500/mnth n i have to pay from application month which amts to be rs.6000 as i have many responsiblities i WANT TO PAY IN TWO PART RS.3000.BUT I WANT TO KNOW IT IS OK OR I SHOULD PAY IN ONE SHORT .IF I PAY IN ONE TIME DOEST IT ASSUME TO JUDJE THAT IA MA HAVING FUNDS READY ALWAYS AND IN FUTURE WHILE FINAL MAINTENANCE HE CAN ORDER BIG AMOUNT.

no you can always show that you have borrowed the money from your relatives to repay the amount. alternatively repay the amount in instalments with the permission of the court.
