Hello, I am an orphan girl and I am 22 years old, I was 3 years old when my real mother died, my father married another women who was already divorsed with a son with her from her previous husband. My father was a bank manager at SBI bank, my step mother refused me as her daughter, she always beat me, abuse me, push me, because I was the only loving daughter of my papa next kin after him, my father buy 3 flats on my name for me but last year my father died in an accident and my step mother even din't allowed me to meet my father in the hospital when he was taking his last breaths. Now my step mother has thrown me out of my house which is on my personal name and I have the documents of house, my step mother with the help of her son kid napped me and put me somewhere in a mental hospital to make me complete mental, and i was there for one month and some how i escaped from there, now I am living with my relatives, just tell me can i take all these flats legally back which are on my name and how can i kick out her and her son from my personal house, I have a lot to tell, but i could not tell u through this question. Plz. Help me.
