I am Overseas citizen of India (OCI) card holder and Muslim (Islam).
I want to do legal/registered second marraige in India, will it be possible?

Firstly you have to obtain your first wife's consent.
Secondly your second marriage is not possible while your first wife is living, if your first marriage was registered under the special marriage act 1954. In case it was solemnised under the shariat laws then you can marry upto 4 times.

If you qualify the aforesaid criterion than your second marriage is possible in India.
