Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Owais sb, I simply received the divorce paper and preparing to submit case to get back the jahaiz. I do not know anything.

What else I can take from him other than jahaiz after divorce.

He did not wrote any property for me at the time of nikah. But I just asked if I am eligible any share in his property or other finance etc. Like wife is eligible for 1/8 shares in husband's property after his death. Is there such situation in case of divorce. thanks

anyhow u r only entitled for dower (which was fixed at the time of nikah) if unpaid

second maintinance (nan nafqa)

not entitled for any inharitance at this stage i.e. 1/8 share
