What does Pakistan child custody law describe about the following matters

Couple Divorce having 3 children, 9, 12 (Boys) and 14 (Girl)

1.Who will have the legal right of custody of children as per the Law of Pakistan?

2.Who will decide the ways of child� upbringing .Study in religious madrasa or Govt School or Private School.?

3.up to what age limit of the Children ,mother has the right of custoday of children?

Father right of custody

Father will decide

max 12 year with mother.

as per age limit the father is now entitled but court always consider welfare of child and in this situation number of factors involve to resolve the issue of custody between husband and wife .
