Legal Question in Family Law in India

My parents are alive, Property belongs to my mother, i am daughter and i am married and i have on brother and he was not married. my mother selling her property for her son and transferring her property to her son (my brother), with out informing. Do i have any rights r equal rights on my mothers property. can i claim that on sold property and/or transferred Property?

Since your mother is the absolute owner of the property, she has every right to dispose off the property to any one including to your brother/her son without informing you notwithstanding the fact that you are married or not.
