Legal Question in Family Law in
my parents in-law has bn harrasing me physically and mentally, becos their dowry demands were not met.they have told false stories to my husband in my absense and now he has refused to stay with me. they have threatened that they will commit suicide, if my husband will not take divorce. i want want him back and a happy married life togather.pls advice. i am feeling suicidal

Life has problems. One must try to wriggle out. have faith in God. there are ways and means to resolve the issues. you should explain your heart to your husband, may be in writing. Legally speaking, you have to issue a legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights. You have not mentioned whether you are staying with your parents or in laws?
You may seek counselling also. Another option is to approach for pre-litigation mediation with High Court or with Delhi Administration. No matter what please note that life is precious.
