Is partial revocation allowed in sunni law? before death of my father, he wanted to partially revoke a gift made to a charitable foundation i.e he wanted to revoke the gift of House from all total of a House and a Hotel. Can i file a case against the charitable foundation? I have a hell lot of family members waiting for their share? The gift was a hiba, conditional gift and for life estate.
