Hello I would like to know if one of the party does not agree then other party can get the divorce? If yes how? Mine was a registered marriage in arya samaj mandir.my father in law wis against me from very begginning and he provoked my wife for this step I don't wana give her divorce at any cost also the problem she has is that I can't give her time and she doesn't like the place where we live I am ready to shift and also I offered her to join me in office so that she can spend time with me......please help me and save me

In case you don't want then she may not get divorce easily .but if she does not want to stay with you then you will be wasting your time in litigation its better to settle the matter amicably.
She may not get divorce
but i think first you improve your status and then approach her as she is not willing to spend her life in the cirmustances you are liviing in.
