Legal Question in Family Law in India
Past 2 years, I've been Married to guy who live in USA from last four years,but his family in India.I am Indian girl.Immediately after marriage he stayed for two months and left India saying he would return back soon.But after that,there's no contact of him.I claimed for divorce here.Civil Court says since he is out of India,they cant help it as the notice(summons) does not reach over to him.We also have his social security number. I've also heard that he's married over there.I request you to please help me out with some suggestions and guidance.

Dear client send divorce case summons through embassy on his usa address. If he will appear after service of summons court will grant u ex party divorce. For proper discussion call me

you can serve the summons through hague office as US and India are signatory to the hague convention.
