Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got permanent custody of my son during mutual divorce with my husband in 2010. My ex husband has visitation rights.

I would like to know if he can again claim for custody of the child. We have clearly mentioned in the mutual divorce order that no further cases will be put on each other in future. But he keeps threatnening that once the child is 5 years he can claim for custody again.

Please help me with the answers on this.
