if a person has been married twice and divorced and then getting married again, should they produce both divorce deeds to the registrar? also can the child of one spouse be adopted by the step-dad/mom in christian law?

the certified copies of last divorce need be produced and there is no adoption as the spouse becomes step mother/father.

In the form, you have to write divorced. It does not matter where once or twice. Still, keep both the decree with you. Yes, adoption can take place.
