Legal Question in Family Law in India
If a person is getting mutually divorced..6 months of cooling period is already completed. .and in front of judge divorced completed..again 6 month is given..but they dun want to be together. .can person marry another girl during this period. .is this will be legal..the ex wife is bugging the person..disrturbing him..plz suggest the solution.

Dear client if u will marry without court order of divorce then yr partner can file case of bigamy and u will punish for five years jail. So wait up to divorce order. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385
