One person is having two sons and three daughters.
He made all his assets after the marriages of his daughter.
Will the daughters will have the right on property.
His wife is alive.He died suddenly without writing a will.
Can his wife (Mother of all these five)give
the property to his sons.
Can she make a will.

1.his wife (Mother of all these five)give the1/6 part of property to his sons. and she can make will of her 1/6 share only.
2. All daughters will have the right on property.1/6 each
