Legal Question in Family Law in India
do i need to personally go to pick up the divorce decree from the court. i got divorced in 2009, but havent yet picked up the decree. i need it now. how do i get it? can i send someone to apply for it or should i go in person? how long will it take for me to get the copy of the decree? pls advise
