Legal Question in Family Law in India

A petition Under Section 25 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 was filed praying for declaration of a marriage as null and void.

That petition was granted and it was " declared, the marriage as null and void and the same is dissolved with a decree of divorce, with immediate effect" ..

so my question now .. is this marriage now annulled or divorced ?

I have asked this before and i got the quote of my question as an answer.

i know that annulment and divorce are two different things.

So i am confused with the final result of my case.

what does dissolved by decree of divorce mean ??

Dear client it means yr marriage is declared as null and void. And it is dissolved by decree of divorce. Only declaring marriage null and void does not means u r separated. The order is correct. Donot get confused. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
