i dont have physical relation with wife and she admitted physical relation with boyfriend in audio recording ,need i to pay ilimony to educated wife in India.She left home after 2.5 month herself

if you proves that her extra marital relations, then u need not to pay . And if you also proves that she is earning hand and she is earning more salary from you and she is enjoying big status than you then court may decline her maintenace
