Legal Question in Family Law in India

i own a piece of land in my name. Can that be sold or transfered by any or both of my younger brothers without my authority? Can I transfer it in my wife's name, if yes, Can they still claim there share in that land.?

First question to be decided is how this land came to you. If its an ancestral property, your brother have equal share in that and no can sell it without the approval of all the brothers and other legal heirs if available.
