Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am planning to buy a withness against my wife and that person is a neighbour of my wife. After taking some money from me, he will give wrong statements against my wife like she has a boyfriend and she is doing some job. She daily go for work. She and her family members are wrong people and her boyfriend came to her home in night and go back in morning. etc etc. As i dont have proofs against my wife and i want to divoce her asap without ailmony or stridhan or maintenence.
Will court consider her neighbours statements?

only one witness will not be sufficient. Better to findout any other way.
