Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am planning to give one divorce to my wife . What is the legal procedure to do so?
If I will write one Divorce on a Stamp Paper with two witnesses on it and get it received to her personally. Will it be sufficient for legal documentation purpose or i should adopt any other way . Please advise.

There are so many ways to do.
inform and annonce in presence of witnesses.
execute stamp paper and send it.
through notice of lawyer .
through UC concern.
