Hi, we are planning for IVF/ Test tube baby due to some medical issues with my husband. Here in this case we have looked for sperm donor on our own and we want to ensure him that caused child birth from this sperm donation will not create issues i.e. claiming right on his property by us (Me/Child) in future. Could you confirm if this can be assured through written statement on stamp paper? What should be the stamp paper value?

in case you have decided upon the person who is going to donate the sperms, an agreement can be entered between you two and the contents of the same can be binding. you may call a lawyer for the necessities.
