Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are planning to go for a mutual consent divorce. I wanted to know about the alimony . We both are working in IT MNC. My wife earns more than me around 16lakhs per annum and I get around 10 lakhs. She is the only child for her parents and have own house. So do I. Please let me know on what factors alimony will be decided. Thanks.

You may need to return her 'istridhan', if any. Payment of alimony may not be involved.
