Pls kindly advise on my chances of having custody of my 11 year old daughter from the mother, who was my girlfriend

Generally speaking, custody of children of tender age and female children are granted to their mothers unless there are some issues of character or special circumstances that make it inimical to the child for her to remain with her mother.

I think your strategy should NOT be SOLE custody but JOINT custody, which means the girl spends some time with you as well, particularly during school holidays
