pls.tell me the legal tools for fighting agst bogus case 498A ,125 crpc and Div.petetion incl.allegation of cash embezzlemet filed by wife that is bogus.

In reply to court i didn't ask div.but now want.

can i file defamation case on major ground of this allegation.what should i do for quick div as wife already filed for petition for this.pls guide me,I shall be highly grateful to you.

Defamation may be filed if two ingredients are present:

Defame by words or gesture and second the impact of such defamation. You may file either criminal complaint or civil action for damages.

The quckest way to div is mutual settlement
