Legal Question in Family Law in India

The points:

Man has filed for divorce aftr one yr of marriage on grounds of cruelty and granted by family court aftr 5yrs.

Wife unwilling for divorce for revenge reasons n filed for stay in high court. Stay ordered case admitted n pending in high court.

The couple staying separate for last 4yrs by court order as applied by husband

Husband wishes 2 remarry. Case may drag due to other points in application I.e maintenance etc.

Query - is it possible 2 request court 2 pass final order on divorce n continue case in other matters? No children.

maintenance case is different , if he is paying maintenance in divorce case u/s 24 then court can pronounce the order as per facts of the case
