My name is prasanna, i have a younger brother and an elder sister.

My sister is died and her legal heir is her husband.(They dont have a child)

Can he(sister's husband) claim my sister's share in my dads property?

Does my sister's husband have rights in my dads property?

No as per the latest amendment, property of a female goes back to the source from where it originated, and legal heirs on that side get it.
