i am currently pregnant and want to divorce my husband of 4months. who get s custody of the child since we both got married and live in nigeria

Please note that except under special circumstances such as adultery, the law does not allow divorce within a period of less than 2 years from the date of marriage.

Generally, the courts will grant custody to children of tender age to their mothers.
