Legal Question in Family Law in India

As per my previous query,i am looking forward to just get separate from my husband.Now the query is as my marriage is void as per law so if i leave house taking all my belongings ,can they file any case against me ,because i dont want to do all this stuff.i just want to separate from him & his family.

there is now law in India that can stop any person from approaching the court or police. it is advisable to leave the house after executing the relevant papers with the help of a lawyer.
