Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi..

we have problem in our family.. my father in law have 2 wife's and I have got married the 1st wife's daughter and after our marriage since 6 months he is not coming to the 1st wife's home and not giving money for expenditure and even he is not talking in the phone as well.. when ever she call her husband he used o cut the call and now she is suffering a lot.. now we are planning to approch this legaly.. kindly provide any solution for this..
