problem about non-consummation of marriage,A(wife) marriage with B(husband) .After 20 days of marriage the wife left her matrimonial home due to some extra -marital relation then her husband.on the other hand,husband has stated that such marriage has not been consummated due to her refusal persistently. now, whether the husband seek decree of his marriage on the basis of voidable of marriage.i.e.,whether it is voidable u/s 12(1)(a) of HMA.

husband can file divorce after completion of one year of marriage on ground of cruelty & desertion.
