Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have problem with my wife named ARSHEE MAHTAB. She force me to devorce and she want to free from my daily life etc. We sighn a document called IDEMNITY BOND She surrender every thing in this ducoment aftrr this she leave my company and she leaving some one else and after one month she tourcher me and she complaint against me in MAHILA CAW CELL, TIS HZARI COURT ..,....... DV/125, after this I am suffering this problem from 1and 1/2 years.

Now I have big problem from mahila cell register case FIR DHARA A 498/406. My jmanat is regected from tis hajari and I goto high court from 11/3/2014 my lawrence not compet the PP my intrim bail not guaranteed and next date is 21/4/2014 NOW I WANT TO. KNOW IF I SURRENDER THEN MY BAIL HOGA YA NAHI PLEASE GIVE ME SOME IDIA

if your anticipatory bail is pending why do you want to surrender??Wait till 21/4. In case you want a second opinion approach a lawyer with the entire case file and seek the opinion. for further clarification contact 9312411481.
