Legal Question in Family Law in India

i'm having problems at home with my husband, his sister and parents who stayed with us for 10 months. finally when i couldnt bear, i told my mom. she asked my husb infront of his family members. just for that reason, my husband left me and went out, staying with his parents 6 months back. i waited till now, hoping that he would realize and come back. he is not at all concerned about me. i didnt had atleast a phone or message from him till now. what can i do now? pls advise.

dear client if u want to save yr marriage then file case for restitution of conjugal rights and ask husband to take back u to matrimonial home. if u want to punish them file case of dowry harassment against husband and his family members with police under sec 498-a. u can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
