Procedure for cancelling divorce case : I would like to cancel my divorce case as I am traveling to a different place and I cannot continue the case here further , would like to know the proper procedure for withdrawing my divorce case from family court , also I would like to know how much i need to pay the family court as fine? and is my lawyer's consent is required or not? Will there be again one more hearing with the judge for case cancellation - Please give me the detailed procedure on this , thanks much

Simply withdraw your case, on the ground of relocation and ask your lawyer to pray for the liberty to file a fresh petition at the place you would be residing in future.You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
