what's the procedure for waiving the 6 months cooling off period in divorce procedures in mumbai,india? how and when does it get granted and if so, how long would a divorce take to be completed? can that be applied for unilateral petitions too?

Dear client to waive the six months waiting period u have to file application under sec 151 of civil procedure code. But it depends on court whether to grant or reject the same. If application grant by court u will get divorce in one or two months. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
