how to proceed for divorce in India. Is there any specific requirement before going to court ?

dear client u can file either mutual divorce or contested divorce. if both husband and wife r ready for divorce then they can file mutual divorce, if one of partner is not ready for divorce then other has to file contested divorce on the grounds like desertion, cruelty or adultery. u can file divorce through lawyer. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
