Want to property name change:
I have a rice mill,which is yet with my grandpa name.my grandpa having 3sons &3daughters;.my dad was 2nd son.at that time of property distribution after my grandpa ,for mill my dad got 1share among 3,to own that mill my dad given equal cost land to his brothers,which is came to my dad from property distribution.my dad didn't changed that property name.now my dad died.so how to change that property to my name.property distribution held 20 years back.

Get a relinquishment deed executed in your favour by your father's brothers and get it registered in the Sub-Registrar office. In the deed, mention that your father's brothers received their due share in family settlement but if any share is still left they are relinquishing the same in your favour.
