Property distribution in divorce. I have two flats on my name and my husband has a land gifted to him from his mother. My husband did not have any contribution towards property price. I was paid from my salary and my money. when we divorce does he gets any right on my property. my property was bought after my marriage.
1. does my husband hold any right on my property?
2. can i gift my property to my son and put my sis as guardian. I want to take of my name from the property to have least chance of challange when getting divorce.
3. is there any way to keep my property safe as i dont want to give him any share? He keep saying that he will put dispute on property can create trouble for me.
