If a property is in joint name of both husband and wife and husband forcefully sells the property and again takes property in the name of his father instead of husband and wife.is there any remedy for wife

how can the property be sold forcefully?/if the signature of the wife were obtained by force or fraud she can complain to the police. I need more facts to advice you on the issue. contact 9312411481

If the wife did not consent for sale, she may file a suit for setting aside of sale deed.
