Hello, please provide me solution regarding this, recently I received job opportunity for UAE, but there are certain case pending against me like 498, domestic violence, and maintenance U/Sec 125. Can I go for foreign job after getting permission from bombay High Court. whether I need disclose all thing like salary, job location, post etc. kindly reply as early possible.

Dear client if yr passport is not seized by court then u can go for job. If passport is seized by court then u have to apply for permission. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
